Teacher gives an introduction to the area bounded by 2 curves.
Teacher shows some figures with shaded region and ask students to say the process to find the area by adding or subtracting areas of figures such as circle, square, rectangle or triangle.
Students offer the class
Students respond to the attendance
Students help the teacher to know the process to find the shaded region of figures by subtracting or adding areas of familiar shapes.
At the end of the class students share their ideas.
